Payments can be made by credit card using our payment gateway Square, or with Paypal online.
We offer refunds on all full-priced purchases up to 14 days after receipt of goods.
Items must be returned new, unused and with all original tags attached. Returned garments which are damaged, soiled or altered will not be accepted. Please see our 'Sales & Discounted Items' for information on returns of sale or discounted items.
To return an item, simply follow these steps:
Email SARAH CONNERS at email@example.com for a Return Authorisation number (RA number) and slip. Write your RA number on the return form and tick the ‘credit note’ or ‘refund’ box. We recommend you send returns via registered post or express post as Store by SARAH CONNERS does not take responsibility for loss of items being returned. Once items have been received by our office, please allow 3 business days for the return to be processed and 3 business days for refunds to be credited to your account.
Sales & Discounted Items
Please choose carefully, as we do not offer returns for refund on any discounted product, unless faulty or damaged. This includes marked down items, sale products or items discounted through marketing/promotions/code discounts. Exchanges, subject to stock availability, can be processed for sale orders - and where applicable credit notes can be issued for sale returns.
Only one discount code can be used per order and is not redeemable for cash or in-store.
Promotional / Discount Codes
The 'WELCOME10' discount code is eligible for use by all new customers, who have subscribed to our mailing list. The additional 10% off can only be applied to one order, with a single use per customer. The discount is only eligible online and must be applied at the time of checkout. This code cannot be applied to any orders retrospectively. The code cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, and there is no cash alternative.
Faulty or incorrect items will be refunded and SARAH CONNERS will pay the postage costs for replacement items. Goods are classified as faulty if they are received damaged. Please note items damaged as a result of normal wear and tear are not considered faulty. SARAH CONNERS reserves the right to inspect returned items and deny refund if the garments are in saleable condition. To avoid damage to garments, please remove jewellery before trying on garments and leave all tags and accessories attached until you are happy with your purchase. SARAH CONNERS reserves the right to alter, update or change the pricing of any item available on the site at any time. In certain circumstances, SARAH CONNERS reserves the right to cancel or reject your order. This may happen where the requested product is unavailable, or if there is an error in the pricing or the product description posted on the site.
SARAH CONNERS makes every effort to display and inform you as accurately as possible on our product colours, sizes, cut, fit, make and general product descriptions.In terms of colour display for our products; computer monitors, tablets and mobile devices’ resolution may vary and we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any colour will be completely accurate. In relevance to varying sizes, cuts and shapes displayed via the images on the site and featured on our models we cannot guarantee they will fit you exactly the same, as each individual body is different and treat each individual piece differently.
Lost or Damaged Goods
If goods are lost or damaged during delivery, please contact us at email@example.com within 7 working days of placing your order so that we can investigate the surrounding circumstances. We will make all reasonable attempts to assist with the location of your order, and assist with the re-delivery and return of items not received. Once the item has been processed through our third party vendor for dispatch, all lost/damaged packages must be reviewed and communicated via the vendor, with our assistance.
