Many of our items are made to order and may take 3-5 days before they are ready for delivery. 


  • Australian orders are shipped via Australia Post Registered Post or Fastway.
  • International orders are shipped via Australia Post Registered Post.
  • Orders are sent during normal business hours Monday to Friday with purchases made on weekends or public holiday processed on the next possible business day.
  • Deliveries via Registered Post and Fastway to metropolitan areas will usually arrive within 48 hours of shipping. Regional areas may take 2-5 days.
  • Free shipping is available on orders over $150 within Australia.
  • A flat fee of $40 applies to all international orders.
  • Items ordered online within Victoria can be picked up in-store at 5 Howe Street, Daylesford, 3460


  • Online payment can only be accepted by credit card using our secure checkout or paypal.
  • Payment can be made instore for online orders being picked up instore. Items ordered online will be held for 3 business days from the time we notify you the order is ready for pickup.
  • All product prices indicated & payments made on this site are in Australian Dollars.
  • All prices include Australian Goods and Services Tax (GST).

  • If for any reason the items you purchased are sold out or no longer available, we will notify you by email as soon as possible and organise any refund required
  • After you place your order, an email confirmation including an order number, will be sent to the email address that was entered on your order form. 


Your satisfaction is important to us, with all items thoroughly checked before sending and packaged with care. If you would like to return or exchange your purchase for any reason, please follow the returns procedure below.

1. Returns or exchanges are accepted within 15 days from the date of purchase. Items not received within this period will not be accepted. Items must be in original condition and must not have been worn or altered. All tags must remain in place. Sale items are non returnable unless faulty.

3. Email us at to obtain a Return Authorisation Number (RA Number). You must notify us of the reason for the return and if you require an exchange or refund.

4.  You will be emailed an Online Store Returns Form. This must be completed and sent to us with your return. Items not received with an Online Store Returns Form and RA number will not be accepted and marked return to sender.

5.  If you wish to exchange for a different style, we would recommend returning your purchase for a refund & then making a separate purchase.

6.  When returning goods, please enclose your completed Online Store Returns Form, including the RA Number where indicated, and return the goods to:
